一、产品说明

1、 可使用材料：各种ps、pc、abs、亚克力、as、hips等材料的注塑件、片材、有机玻璃。

    suitable materials: suitable for the sheet material、organic glass and injection moulding of ps、pc、abs、 acrylic、as、hips.

2、 油墨特性：油墨气味低、高光泽、色泽鲜艳、遮盖力强油墨细腻，附着力强，流平性好，用s-7或s-7a稀释剂不侵蚀底材（烧焦），对于在耐酒精方面没作要求的材料，是的选择。

2. characteristics of the ink: weak odour, good leveling, high brightness, bright tinct, strong covering power, strong adhesion. no corrosion (burn) occurs on base material with the use of s-7 or s-7a thinner. best choice for materials that require alcohol-resistance.

3、 其它参数：

a.光泽：彩色80°  黑色：60° 白色:30°; b.可选用网纱：40t—140t; c.表干时间：8分钟—15分钟;严格测试时间：自干24小时之后;烘烤:60℃-75℃十分钟。

3. other parameters:

a. lustre: colour 80° black:60° white:30°; b:grenadine suitable: 40t - 140t; c:surface drying time: 8-15 minutes; strict test time: after 24 hours under natural evaporation;  baking: 60 ℃ -75 ℃.

4、 稀释剂的选择：如果是用在透明镜片盖底，材料是ps、pc、as、abs料的，用s-7、防白水或s-7a快干稀释剂稀释，以免侵蚀底材（烧焦），如果是硬胶表面的印字，用s-3、s-3a、783稀释不会影响。

4. the choice of diluent: if the ink is applied on the bottom of transparent lens cover that is made of ps、pc、as、abs materials, adopt s-7、butyl glycol or s-7a fast-dry thinner to carry out dilution in order to avoid corrosion (burn). use of s-3、s-3a、783 diluent has no effect on the characters that printed on the surface of hard rubber.

5、 注意事项：

a、承印物表面应清洗干净。使用前充分搅拌均匀，加10%左右的稀释剂；

b、多色套印时应等前面颜色表干后，再进行下个颜色套印；

c、不得与其它油墨混用，以免降低油墨印刷质量；

d、因材料、工艺、注塑条件、环境不同等因素可能影响质量，因此批量使用前先试用，符合质量要求后再批量印刷；

e、严禁油墨未完全干燥即用胶袋封装或打胶水，或贴保护膜；

f、用完后，油墨应封装好，远离火源，通风防潮、避光保存。保质期为一年。

5. notes:

  a. the surface of printed materials should be cleaned. stir well before use, plus 10% diluent;

  b.if you need multicolor overprint, you should wait until the previous color dried, and then do the next color overprint;

  c. it should not be mixed with other inks, so as not to reduce the quality of printing;

  d. materials, techniques, injection molding conditions and environment may affect the quality of printing, therefore, please make a trial before bulk printing; if the printing is qualified for the requirements, then do the bulk printing;

e. you must not apply any package、glue or protecting film until the ink completely dried;

f. the ink must be sealed after being used according to climate change, you must ou must store it in ventilated condition to avoid moist, keep it away from fire source and protect it from light. the shelf life is one year.

6、应急处理措施：

a、如浸溅到眼部立即用清水清洗，严重者就医；

b、灭火急救措施：用干粉、泡沫灭火器或沙子灭火；

c、操作人员操作时必须佩戴口罩和手套。

6. emergency treatment measures:

   a. if it is splashed to the eyes, he must rinse with clear water, and go to see doctor if it is serious.

   b. fire fighting first aid measures: extinguish it with dry powder, foam fire extinguisher or sand;

   c. operator must wear mask and gloves when to use it.
