clause 2 : delivery period and

shipment schedule: from june 30, 2010 to may 30, 2011

: 250,000 mt (+/-10%) 1st shipment (125000 x 2 shipments)

500,000 mt (+/-10%) x 11 months

all shipments are within 45 weather working days.

clause4: price

for iron ore fines: the first shipment of 250,000 mts, the confirmed price is$132.00perdry metric ton (dmt)cfr main port of china. this price is based on 63.50% fe, fraction pro-rata.

clause 5 :payment:

buyer will issue a irrevocable, documentary letter of credit payable at sight on a 80/20 basis.

98 percent will be paid on a 80/20 basis.

applicant bank shall top 20 internationally recognized bank.

操作程序：

卖方提交sco,买方确认回签.

提交icpo（loi+softprobe)，并允许软查证。

卖方交出fco交给买方，卖方确认后交出合同草本。

买卖双方共同签署合同，卖方交出Zui近的船舶信息和sgs检测以及Zui近的提单。

合同签署后5日内，买方开出idlc，卖方对信用证确认后5日内开出有利于信用证接收方的2%生效履约保证金。

卖方接证后35天内第一船装货启运。
