环境箱的测试原理：

test principles of the environmental chamber

环境箱测试污染物释放的过程可以概述为：将材料和产品或其样本置于测试箱中，根据需要调节箱中的温度、相对湿度和空气置换率等环境条件；在环境箱的排气口或内部取样；采用适当的方法分析气体样本，识别主要的污染物及其浓度随时间的变化；然后根据测量的浓度确定材料和产品的释放率和释放特性。

the process for the environmental chamber to test the emission of contaminants can be summarized as: put materials and products or their samples into the test chamber, and then adjust the environmental conditions such as temperature, relative humidity and air exchange rate inside the chamber according to requirements, and then take samples at the air outlet of the environmental chamber or from the inside, and then adopt proper methods to analyze the air sample so as to identify the main contaminants and changes of their densities with times, and finally determine the emission rate and emission features of materials and products according to the tested densities.

1． 环境箱原理：

1.1环境空气经过空压机压缩，经处理后，去除固体颗粒、甲醛、挥发性有机物，进入测试舱

 1.2 气候箱采用夹套设计，测试舱内温度调节通过控制夹套内温度，控制测试舱温度

1.3气候箱湿度调节通过露点法调节测试舱内湿度，控制方法简单有效

培训、售后服务
1.目的:充分满足客户需求,达到客户满意的目的。
2.职责:本公司专职负责产品的销售及售后服务工作，并负责为客户提供设备、备件及技术咨询工作，负责安排和组织对客户的技术培训。
3.培训：
3.1可安排用户在设备出厂调试时来公司进行现场技术培训,使客户了解设备性能，教会其正确使用，减少设备因使用不当造成故障。
3.2也可根据合同要求，在为用户安装调试设备并投入使用时，进行现场技术培训。
4售后服务
4.1为用户提供所需的使用、维护咨询。
4.2及时向用户提供易损件和备件。
4.3为用户派出技术人员对其设备使用、维护进行现场指导。
4.4从验收之日起，设备在一年品质保证期内，需要在遵守保管、使用和安装规则的条件下，因试验箱制造品质问题不能正常工作时，供方在24小时内派出维修人员进行免费维修。也可根据具体情况，按需方要求协商制定维修期限。
4.5质保期设备使用、维护现场指导。
