◎ gtj系列固定提升加料机主要应用于制药企业的粉状、颗粒状等固体物料的提升和加料。可与混合机、制粒机、压片机、胶囊充填机等主要工艺设备配套 使用；可优化生产的工艺流程，有效地减少了交叉污染与粉尘，减轻了劳动强 度，且物料不分层。是制药企业实现符合gmp生产的理想物料输送设备。同时在化工、轻工、食品等行业中亦有广泛用途。

■ 原理 principle 
◎ gtj系列固定提升加料机由机座、立柱、液压提升系统、料斗翻转机构、水 平旋转及刹车机构组成。并配置有带密封装置的专用锥形料斗与料桶、易清 洗。 
◎ 工作时，先将锥形料斗与装有物料的料桶密封扣合，启动提升操作杆，料斗 与料桶一起提升；启动翻转操作杆，料桶即可翻转180°，呈桶底向上姿态； 水平旋转机座，使之与被加料设备进料口对接；开启料斗上的出料蝶阀，很容 易将物料加入下一工序的设备中。

◎ 该机采用304不锈钢制造，凡是与物料接触部份都进行了高度抛光精制。提升 臂槽进行了帘布式隔离处理，整机小巧灵活，外型美观。 
◎ 该机采用了电液集成控制技术，性能稳定可靠；使用摇杆操作系统，使用方 便灵活；可在任何高度自动锁定，使用安全。 
◎ 该机采用了可卸式料斗，清洗方便；无残留，易清洗，可以方便拆卸。 
◎ 该机料斗使用了密封装置，料桶翻转时不扬尘；需要时，物料亦可密封贮存。 
◎ gtj series fixed lifting feeder consists of the column,lifting system and barrel turnover mechanism,and is equipped with a special barrel and a hopper having a butterfly valve.the surface of the lifting machine,the barrel lifting and turnover components,the barrel and the hopper are all made of stainless steel.to begin to work,the hopper should first cover the barrel loaded with material,the barrel is lifted to the required height by a lifting machine,then is turned over 180°with the barrel bottom up and the hopper down,open the butterfly valve,then the material in barrel will be conveyed to the downstream equipment. note:there are two kinds of lifting mechanism,i.e. hydraulic mechanism and sprocket wheel.
