    核桃壳滤料介绍
    核桃壳滤料是采用优质的山核桃壳作原料,经过破碎、抛光、蒸洗、药物处理,两次筛选加工而成的一种水处理滤料。核桃壳滤料具有硬度高、耐磨损、抗压性好, 抗压力为23.4kgf,化学性能稳定,不在酸碱中溶解、吸附截污能力强,吸附率为27—50%,亲水性好,抗油浸等优点。

        外观：光泽优美、呈褐色，采用优质山核桃壳为原料，经破碎、风旋、抛光、蒸洗、筛选等加工而成。

        特点：此滤料坚韧性大，耐磨抗压、吸附能力强、抗油浸、不结块、不腐烂。

        用途：它是多用于油田、冶炼、环保化工等行业含油污水处理的理想过滤材料。   

     核桃壳滤料用途

    核桃壳滤料由于本身的硬度，理想的比重、多孔和多面性，并经特殊的物理化学处理（将其色素、脂肪、油脂、电付离子去除干净），使它在水处理中具有较强的除油性能，除固体微粒，易反洗等优良性能。

    核桃壳滤料已广泛用在油田、化工、皮革等含油污水处理、工业废水处理和城市给排水工程，是各种过滤器Zui理想的水质净化过滤材料，是提高水质、大幅度降低水处理成本的新一代滤料。经北京林业大学、山东省科学院测试中心、江苏省环境保护研究所测定，抗压能力强粒径为1.25-1.60mm的核桃壳粒，平均抗压极限为 0.2295kn(23.40kgf)。粒径为0.80-1.00mm的核桃壳粒，平均抗压极限为0.165kn(16.84kgf)。化学性质稳定，不含有毒物质，在酸、碱、水中溶解量很小，核桃壳在盐酸溶液中的损耗为4.99%,在氢氧化钠溶液中的损耗率为3.8%，不会引起水质恶化现象。

    0.5-0.8mm,0.6-1.2mm,0.8-1.6mm,1-2mm,2-4mm,可按客户要求进行调整生产。

 

   核桃壳滤料包装：

    25kg/袋，编织袋包装，可按客户要求进行包装。无特殊要求时，随机发货。

    运输储存期间防止包装破损，以免漏失或混入杂物．不宜与承托料及其他滤料一起运输堆放
