dfd-1900d弱电硬操作器

一、简介

dfd-1900d弱电硬操作器，是我公司Zui新研制的dfd系列操作器产品之一。是传统双针表指示的操作器的替代产品，控制精度高，开度值为数字显示，按键操作方便可靠，可以接受dcs系统的给定信号控制，且抗干扰能力强，为用户提供了一种高性能而超值的产品。

二、显示窗口和功能键介绍

如图所示，红色数码块组为给定信号的开度值显示，接受dcs系统或主控制室给出的4～20ma标准信号；指定被控制的电动阀门的开度值。

绿色的数码块组是执行器的阀位反馈信号，指示被控制的电动执行器实时的阀门开度值。

绿色的运行指示灯亮时，表示操作器正常工作。

红色报警指示灯亮时，表示被控制的执行器系统有故障。该故障信号由执行器的控制模块提供，表明执行器处于报警状态，报警的种类包括执行器运行位置超限；或执行器给定断信号；当与自身带有超力矩报警装置的执行器配套使用时，也可以显示超力矩报警故障。

绿色自动状态灯亮时，表示系统工作在自动工作状态，执行器接受dcs系统或主控室的指令信号控制。此时，该操作器的开和关两个按键不起作用。该操作器只是显示出给定信号和反馈信号的阀位开度值。

红色手动状态灯亮时，该操作器处于手动工作状态。当分别按下开或关按键时，可以直接控制被控执行器的开或关的动作。此时，由dcs系统或主控室提供的给定信号对执行器不起作用(手动状态时如果未接给定信号源，则红色给定数码组不显示开度值)。

手动与自动状态的切换由中间的黄色带锁的按键选择。
