gykm-a automatic high-speed plexo printing slotting die-cutter high standard

功能与特点：

●电脑调整，换单更快，操作方便。
●整机墙板、重要部件，均由高精度加工中心制做，数控磨床研磨而成。
●传动轴、辊材质均为优质钢，高精度动平衡校正，镀硬铬、表面研磨。
●传动齿轮材质为20crmnti合金钢，渗碳淬火处理，硬度为hrc58-62研磨而
成，达国家六级标准，长期使用，套色精度高。
●整机主要传动部位采用免键连接环，消除连接间隙，适合长期高速印刷。
●整机喷淋式润滑，附设机油自动平衡装置。
●自动归零，自动复位。
●pclink控制网络mcgs软件、西门子低压电器，主机变频控制省电达30%。
●双轴开槽配置，整机生产管理，电脑控制系统，单轴开槽配置，整机电脑
控制系统。
●网辊；可选用金属网辊或陶瓷网纹辊，网辊线数可根据用户要求选择。

●传动齿轮：材料40铬钢高频淬火高精度磨齿达国家6级标准。
●主要传动轴采用免键连接，减少连接间隙，保证印刷套印精度。
●机油自动平衡装置，保持各单元油面平衡。
●整机采用p lc控制，具有归零，记忆等功能(可选用plc结合触摸屏控制)
●前缘式进纸方式。
