产品概述：水性自交联丙烯酸分散体为基料，添加高性能的uv吸收剂和防霉抗藻成分，以水为稀释剂，绿色环保，无刺激性气味。

应用范围：适用于室内外木质门窗、户外家具的保护和涂装。

施工条件:

1．表面处理：表面必须平整光滑，清洁干燥，无油污,并经打磨除尘处理。

2．理论用量：约0.075kg-0.125kg/ m² (125um湿膜)

3．施工方式：刷涂，喷涂

4．干燥时间：环境温度20℃，空气相对湿度65-75%时，干燥时间4-6小时，如整夜干燥效果更好；在30-60分钟内，应隔绝灰尘，60分钟内搬动，触摸应小心。

5．施工注意事项：

1）施工前将漆搅拌均匀，用少量清水兑稀至施工粘度，兑水比例不超过5%；

2）刷涂或喷涂，宜薄层多道施工，重涂时间大于4小时（t：20℃，rh：65-75%）；

3）施工环境相对湿度超过85%或环境温度低于10℃请勿施工。

储存条件：0℃以上，阴凉干燥处储存。

保质期：1年

注意事项：

1．开盖后若未一次调配完，请重新密封好。

2．施工时应保持良好的通风环境，并做好必要的劳动保护。

3．远离食物、饮料及动物食品。

4．如不慎与皮肤、眼睛接触应立即用大量清水冲洗。

application:

1.surface preparation:clean the wood surfaces, allow to dry thoroughly. screen the surfaces used #600-#800 sand paper.

2.theoritical consumption:0.075kg-0.125kg/ m²(wet layer 125um)

3.application methord: spraying or brushing

4.2-4hours (20oc,rh: 65-75%),10minutes under heating condition;be careful if

removing within 30 minutes.

notice:

1.stiring the lacquer before using, dilute at the most 5% water into the lacquer if necessary.

2.brushing or spray coating,thinner layer with repetitious appling is prefered.(t:20oc,rh:65-75%).

3.do not operation when the temperature is above 85%or under 10oc.

storage:

store in a dry condition,above 0oc,free from sunshine.

caution:

1.recover the lacquer packing again if not use the lacquer out one time.

2.necessary ventilation and labour protection equipment is required.

3.free from food,drink,pet food etc.

4.skin contact,wash with soap and water;eye contact,flush with water for 15minutes and get medical attention.
