fiber coloring machine(shanghai weiye ofc equipment co., ltd) has a working speed of 2000m/min . this machine is used for coloring and rewinding of optic fiber. there is a auto-centralizing unit for the fiber pay-off.the traversing unit with photoelectric sensor assures even take-up without overlaps. temperature, pressure, uv power supply are auto-tracking and are shown and adjustable on the sensor display. the nitrogen supply and ventilator power are manual controlable.the machine is controlled by siemens plc system with sensor display.
