氧化铝空心球（ alumina bubble balls ）
氧化铝空心球是一种新型的高温隔热材料，它是用工业氧化铝在电炉中熔炼吹制而成的，晶型为a-al2o3微晶体。以氧化铝空心球为主体，可制成各种规格耐火轻质品，Zui高使用温度达1800℃，机械强度高，导热系数低，各种气氛下性能稳定。在石化工业气化炉、炭黑工业反应炉、冶金工业感应电炉等高温、超高温窑炉上得到广泛应用，取得了十分满意的节能效果。
alumina bubble balls is a new type of high-temperature insulation material. it is made of commercial alumina through melting and blowing in an electric furnace. its crystallographic form is a-al2o3 micro-crystal. taking alumina hollow ball as the main material, a variety of fire-resistant and lightweight products can be made. it’s highest service temperature can be reached to 1800℃, with high mechanical strength, low thermal conductivity, and has stable performance in various atmospheres. the gasifier reactor, carbon black industry in the petrochemical industry, metallurgical industry, induction furnace, such as high temperature, super high temperature kiln is widely used, has obtained the energy saving effect is very satisfied.
