驱动方式：
气动，常闭（1）/常开（2）/双作用（3）
使用：气动头d应用于直通阀体,气动头t应用于直通和多通阀体。Zui大工作压力：10bar（隔膜为乙丙橡胶或氟化橡胶）6bar（隔膜为聚四氟乙烯，单面使用）
