2.特性 和用途

外包绝缘纸型ptc是一种表面绝缘的新型 ptc发热体.在普通 ptc元件的两侧安装上一对带引线的金属电极，再在金属电极的外表套上绝缘黄纸，结构简单；无需另加控温装置即可恒温发热且绝缘强度高、安全可靠、可持续发热功率稳定、使用电压范围广、使用寿命长,另外外形尺寸灵活多样，可根据客户实际需要订做各种型号规格。

ptc加热芯具有升温快和自动控温；使用安全；不燃烧；发热时不发红；无明火，结构小巧；安全方便等优良性能。电压使用范围可根据需要在12v-220v之间设计，主要用用与烫发板、 卷发器、美容器、按摩器、熔蜡器、蒸汽发梳、热熔胶枪、点烙铁和仪器设备的防潮。

外包绝缘纸型ptc发热体现广泛应用于烫发夹、卷发器、电夹板、离子烫、陶瓷烫、蒸面器、美肤蜡疗仪等一系列美容美发器材系列。另外也可根据客户实际需要用在一些需加热保温的小家电、电子设备等产品上面.
