汽车内饰板高频热合机(又名汽车内饰件高频焊接机，汽车内饰件高周波熔接机)做汽车内饰的机器-汽车内饰热合机由电子管自激振荡器产生电磁场，被加工塑胶件在上、下电极间的电磁场中，其内部分子被极化而相互运动磨擦自身产生热量，在模具的压力下达到熔接的目的。利用能量把两件或多件塑胶工件熔接起来，透过高周波使物料生热及熔合在一起。经这种熔接方法而成的工件，坚固度和胶料本身的坚固度一样。
严格按照国际“无线电干扰委员会”（cispr）的规定，采用工业波段27.12mhz，并设计有高周波稳定器和高周波漏磁抑制装置，对外界设备的于扰极小。

高灵敏度火花抑制电路，能准确检出产生火花的不平衡电流，于产生火花瞬间迅速切断振荡回路抑制火花，模具、原料及产品的损害降到Zui低程度，同时警告灯也会发亮警告。

immediately if any spark is caused (the alarm light will be on at
this time) so as to ensure the lowest damage rate to moulds,
materials and products.
四导柱定位精度高，使用范围广，出力大稳定性好，设有过压、过流保护装置，在工作异常时可自动切断高压。
