It is invested and constructed by Jinshang United Investment Co., Ltd. and serves as the headquarters office building of the company. Jinshang United Building is located in the core area of the emerging financial industry in the capital - Lize Financial and Business District. The total construction scale is about 8-9.5 million square meters, and it is a key construction project in Beijing during the 12th Five Year Plan. Incorporated into the financial industry development planning layout of the capital city's "one main, one auxiliary, three new, and four backend", it has become three emerging financial functional areas alongside CBD and Financial Street.
