第一步：proii9000™进气节流板清洗剂

1.withengineoff,disconnectairintakebootatthethrottlebody(fig.2).ifthemassairflowsensorislocatedonthethrottlebody,youwillseeascreeninfrontofthethrottleplateaftertheductisremoved.ifthisisthecase,donotclean.

拆下引擎，将进气阀吸套与节流板分离。如果有空气流量表在该部分，在进气管被剥离后，在显示屏上将出现该步骤。在此情况下，不要进行清洗。（如图2）

2placeshoptowelunderbutterfly/throttlebodytocollectcleanerrun-off(fig.3).

将专用毛巾置于节流板下将残液清洗干净。（如图3）

3.sprayliberallyintothroatofthethrottlebodymovingthrottleplatebyhand.if

needed,thecanmaybedispensedupsidedownwhenspraying.(fig.4).allowto

evaporate2-3minutes.

边用手挪动节流板，边将清洁剂喷洒进节流装置内部。如果有必要，该产品也可以倒置使用。之后静置2－3分钟使其尽可能蒸发。（如图4）

拉上手刹，开启引擎。将清洁剂喷洒其中，持续5-10秒。该步骤须用一整罐清洁剂。

6shutoffengine.removeshoptoweltowell-ventilatedareaandspreadtodryto

preventspontaneouscombustion.reconnectair-intakeboot.

关闭引擎。将专用毛巾移动至通风良好处，平铺使其风干以避免自燃。将进气阀吸套与主体重新连接。

第二步：进气阀门，燃烧室的清洁

locateavacuumportascloseaspossible,butdownstreamtothethrottleplate(fig.5).vacuumportsupstreamofthethrottleplatewillnotproduceavacuumwhenthe

engineisidling.mostvehiclesareequippedwithamanifoldabsolutepressuresensor

andafuelpressureregulatorthatissuppliedbymanifoldvacuum.donotuse

thesevacuumsources.pcvandpowerbrakevacuumsourcesareoftenthebesttouse.oncepropervacuumhasbeenlocated,disconnecthose(fig.6).

将进气孔罩住，此时应产生真空吸力。若没有产生，是因为吸孔处于倒置的位置。具体操作见步骤2。

7whileidling,openvalveuntilyougetafastdrip.ifenginetriestostall,closethevalvealittletoreduceflow.

在引擎空转时，打开阀门让清洁剂滴速较快。如果引擎有抛锚迹象，可稍微关闭一些阀门以降低流速。

当管内不在有清洁液流动的时候，这一工作也就完成。这一过程大概需要5-7分钟。

9shutoffengine.forbestresults,donotrestartvehiclefor10minutestoallowcleaner

tosoakintodeposits.

关闭引擎。不要在十分中内启动机动车以使清洁剂可以充分浸洗残留污垢。

10disconnectconefromlineandreattach.makesureanyhosesthatmayhavebeen

disconnectedarereconnected.

将锥形装置卸下重新装置。确认导管已经重新连接完毕。

11.startengineandallowittoidlefor5minuteswithoccasionalrpmincreasesto

3000rpm.

开启引擎使其空转五分钟，并使其转速在可达3000转每分钟。

12.shutoffengine.proceedtostepthree.

关闭引擎。继续进行步骤三。

步骤三：proii9000™燃料喷射器及整个燃料系统清洁剂

1.addfuelinjectorcleanertogastank(fig.10).

如图10将清洁剂加入到油箱中。

2.makesuregascapistightafterinstallation.loosecapscancausecheckenginelighttocomeon.

装入清洁剂后，拧紧油箱盖子。如未拧紧，“checkengine”的指示灯将会自动闪烁。

注意：确认整个机械严密没有泄露的情况下在可以进行下面的操作。

1,机动车一定要置于完全通风的环境中。机动车一定要置于户外或与排放尾气的胶管相连。

2若该机动车在引擎中有任何不正常噪音，请勿使用该产品。

3如图一，确认气流感应器不在节流板上。如果在，请不要进行后续操作。

4不要在柴油机，涡轮机上使用该产品。

5如果机械表现过热，如低降温能力、低散热能力等情况，请不要进行此操作。

6该机动车油箱内油量至少应为二分之一。否则，在使用本品清洁后，应立刻将油加满至至少油箱的二分之一。该产品的燃料清洁剂也可以在下一次加油时供消费者使用。

清洁完毕后：

1在使用完本产品，Zui初几公里的行驶过程中，排放气体中可能会出现白烟等废气。这是正常现象。

2在刚使用完本产品到油品完全燃烧的一段时间内整个引擎可能需要重新调整空转。

3如果油箱未满，需立即加满。

4在刚使用完该产品后二十分钟左右的时间内，可能会有较为强烈的异味

5在装置有obd系统的机动车上使用该产品时，可能会产生影响引擎启动的物质。该物质可以通过去除控制系统保险丝或者切断电池连接五分钟的方式清洁。这样，机动车的时钟、收音机系统将停止，同时，防盗系统也将收到影响。
