zng series high speed pulp washer can remove fine impurities such as ink particles and fillings in waste paper efficiently. it is widely
used as the washer and thickener in deinking pulping process for onp, used account book and mow, etc.
design features:
high ash removal: above 90%; significant brightness has been achieved.
high efficient dewatering: pulp consistency 0.8~1.2% at inlet, dewatered with centrifugal force of high speed spinning to consistency
10~15% at outlet depending on specific stock from waste paper.

用 途:
zng系列高速洗浆机对废纸制浆中的油墨粒子、填料等细小杂质有极高的脱除率，可广泛用于废旧新闻纸再生浆、废旧帐簿纸再
生浆、混合办公废纸再生浆等脱墨浆料的洗涤与浓缩。
结构特点:
灰份去除率高：达90％以上，白度提高显著。
脱水效率高：进浆浓度为0.8~1.2％，通过高速旋转产生的离心力作用下快速排出浆料中的大部分水分，按照不同的废纸原料，出
浆浓度在10~15％。
设备紧凑，占地面积小。全封闭结构，清洁而噪音小。换网简便易行，无需支架。
浆料洗涤与浓缩能耗低，动力消耗小。
