		內建垂直/斜角的表面燈源切換，可以觀察立體和量測狀態或瑕疵。

內建角度器（v－12bdc和v12－bd）及xy顯示器（v－12bdc和v－12bsc）。

	底部光源有一個zoom type 聚光鏡，可調整至所需物鏡倍率之光圈，使用 200至 500倍及 cf金相鏡頭必須使用 dic聚光鏡。

　　此尋邊器設計目的為平順零誤差的操作和提供±1μm 精度。工件可被移動到尋邊器的任何方向，可藉由連接 sc－212 自動透過資料處理至 sc－212，或內建的xy顯示器及其他2d的資料處理機作自動的資料處理。（尋邊訊號只有在量測模式下才能傳送到 sc－212 ）
