钢包车卷盘专用电缆适用于移动设备如快速运行集装箱吊车、起重设备，冶金装置、钢厂、可行驶大型设备和挖掘机、地面和 井下采矿等有较高机械应力的场合。

It is suitable for mobile equipment, such as fast-running container cranes, lifting equipment, metallurgical plants, steel plants, large traveling equipment and excavators, surface and underground mining and other occasions with high mechanical stress.

 性能 Properties

1.  TPV弹性体材料因为经过动态交联，使材料的线型结构编织成了网状结构，因此，它的极限耐温可达到150℃左右，较多的是耐温125℃，并具备耐臭氧、 紫外线和潮湿的特性。

The TPV elastomer material has been dynamically crosslinked to weave the linear structure of the material into a mesh structure. Therefore, its ultimate temperature resistance can reach about 150 ℃, most of which is 125 ℃, and has the characteristics of ozone resistance, ultraviolet radiation resistance and moisture resistance.

2.  电缆的额定电压 U0/U 为 0.6/1KV。

The rated voltage U0/U of the cables are 0.6/1KV.

3.电缆的试验电压为交流 3500V，5 分钟。

Test AC voltage:17kV, 5min. for the cables rated voltage.

4.  绝缘层为TPV热塑性硫化橡胶， 外护套均采用特殊混合塑料热塑性TPV弹性体。

The insulation layer is TPV thermoplastic vulcanized rubber, and the outer sheath is made of special mixed plastic thermoplastic TPV elastomer.

5. 导体；移动电缆专用的第六类软铜丝绞合成型。

Conductor；Class VI flexible copper wire for mobile cable is twisted.

6. 绞合：退扭笼绞绞合线芯，消除电缆的绞合内应力

Twisting: unwind the twisted cage and twist the core to eliminate the internal stress of the cable

 

7. 内护套：定制TPV热塑性橡胶材料，提供线芯防护

Inner sheath: customized TPV thermoplastic rubber material, providing core protection

8. 编织层：整体承载编织一层凯夫拉纤维绳

Woven layer: a layer of Kevlar fiber rope is woven for overall bearing

9. 护套颜色：黑色

10. 电缆具有抗拉耐磨和耐折性能，弯曲半径为10倍

The cable has tensile wear resistance and bending resistance, and the bending radius is 10 times.
