光缆接头盒适用于各种光缆直通接头和分歧接头的保护，可架空、管道、直埋等敷设方式安装。接头盒盒体采用高强度工程塑料，可以有效降低由于冷、热、氧和紫外线引起的材料老化，并且具有优良的机械性能。结构设计合理，光缆固定装置特有的弹性设计，在压紧光缆的同时自动对齐中心；密封性能良好。

2.接头盒盒体材料采用超前委托国外知名厂家独特开发的材料，性能优越。

3.由于采用独特的光缆密封材料和优质的盒体材料，我公司生产的接头盒重复使用性能良好，极大地降低了使用成本和维护抢修成本。

4.钢芯固定装置耐电压在15千伏以上。

5.盒体紧固装置采用不脱落螺钉，以防止野外作业时造成螺钉跌落遗失。

6.独特的接地装置，既保证密封性能，同时操作非常方便，需要接地装置时只需在盒体外部接地即可。

7. “带状光纤”熔接保护管与“单芯光纤”熔接保护管通用的卡座。

技术参数：环境温度：-40℃～+65℃

光学性能：无明显附加衰减

温度循环：盒内充气（60±5）kpa，温度循环不少于10次，气压下降小于5kpa，浸入常温水中稳定观察15分钟无水泡逸出。

密封性能：盒内充气压100kpa，浸泡在常温水中稳定观察15min，无气泡逸出；或稳定观察24h气压表指针无变化。

再封装性能：按规定操作程序重复封装三次后，仍能达到密封性能指标。

绝缘电阻：≥2×104mω。

耐电压强度：15kvdc/1min作用下，不击穿、无飞弧。
