Product Specification

     本品是以深度精制的润滑油调和多种添加剂和溶剂装入耐压喷雾罐而制成的MoS2润滑剂，具有良好的热稳定性、抗极压性、防锈性能和润滑性能，粘附性强。

The product is a MoS2 lubricant agent, which is composed of highly refined lubricating oil with mixture of various additives and solvents through the process of pressure loading. It provides good thermal stability, resistance to extreme pressure, anti-rust/lubricating properties and strong adhesion.

产品用途  Application（上海在邦）
适用于棉毛纺织业自动络筒机的打结器、络筒机卷饶头凸等传动机以及链条、齿轮、钻孔和非循环润滑系统的机械润滑，效果显著，耐高温达280℃，使用方便。

The product is applicable in mechanical lubrication for automatic winder knotter from cotton and textile machineries, protruding head of winder, etc., as well as conveyors, chains, gears, drilling and non-circulating lubrication system. The effect is significant with high temperature resistance up to 280 ℃ and under-friendliness.

1.具有良好的热稳定性、抗极压性、防锈性能和润滑性能，粘附性强。

1. Good thermal stability, resistance to extreme pressure, anti-rust/lubricating properties and strong adhesion.
2.本品吸附于金属表面上，形成紧密的油性膜层，起到良好的保护和润滑作用。

2. The product adsorbed on the metal surface will form a tight oily film, achieving good protection and lubrication.
3.有较宽的温度适应空间，可以耐温区间0℃——100℃，可以耐低温—10℃，可以耐高温120℃。

3. There is wide temperature adaptation space. The optimum temperature range is between 0 ℃ to 100 ℃ with lowest temperature at -10 ℃ and highest temperature up to 120 ℃.

使用方法 Instruction（上海在邦）
1.罐内有弹子，使用时要充分摇动容器搅拌，以利于喷雾均匀。在难以喷到的地方，要安装塑料延伸导管加注。

1. The product can contains pellets inside. When using, please shake the container well stirred in order to facilitate uniform spray. In places where sprays are difficult reaching, please install plastic extended conduit to fill up.
2.喷涂时，距离工件约12寸喷涂，来回移动，勿固定在一个位置喷涂 。

2. Spray from about 20 cm to move back and forth around the workpiece and do not spray in one fixed position.
3.使用后，倒转罐身喷射约5秒，作用为清洗喷咀，以防塞咀。

3. After use, invert cans upside down for about five seconds. The role is to clean nozzles to prevent clogging.
4.使用本品时应详细阅读产品使用说明书，并在工作人员指导下进行使用。

注意事项 Precaution（上海在邦）
1.本品易燃，使用时严禁烟火，存放于50℃以下阴凉处，空罐不得抛入火中。

1. The product is flammable and prohibited to use under fireworks. Please stored in a cool place below 50 ℃. Empty cans must not be thrown into the fire.
2.使用本品前，应将工件表面上的锈迹、重度油污清洗干净，以免影响后续的喷涂及润滑效果。

2. Before the use, rusts and oil grease on the workpiece surface should be cleaned, so as not to affect the subsequent anti-corrosion coating and lubrication.
3.若不慎溅入眼睛，可提起眼睑，用流动清水或生理盐水冲洗干净。

3. If accidentally splashed into the eyes, please rinse with running water or saline.
4.不可吞食本产品，若不慎吞食，勿催吐，保持休息状态，及时进行医护。

4. Do not swallow the product. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Please rest and immediately approach to hospital for medical treatment.

1.包装：500ml/罐，12罐/件，24罐/件 。

2.贮存：贮存于阴凉、干燥通风处，保质期1年。
