lopen the electrode (then turn-on the power supply).

linsert the electrode in the measured object. read display value. it is display ‘e00’when the temperature of measured object more or less than measured range.

linstalling and replacing the battery

lfollow these steps to install or replace the battery:

lopen the battery cover, behind the stand.

linsert the battery as indicated by the polarity symobols marked inside the battery compartment.

lreplace the battery cover.

●sterilize the metal probe each time before probing it into the food preparation.
