cbb22型无感式高频吸收电容器
一、特点与用途
1、采用聚丙烯薄膜作介质,加厚型双面金属化电极,芯子外裹黄色聚脂胶带,两端灌封环氧树酯。
2、具有固有电感小,等效串联电阻低、损耗小、绝缘电阻高、频率特性好和能承受高电压、大电流脉冲等特性。主要用于高电压、大电流和脉冲电路中。如开关电源、变频器、逆变器、igbt可控硅等保护电路中作吸收电容。
二、主要参数:
1、工作温度范围:-40℃~+85℃
2、容量允许偏差:±5%(j)、±10%(k)
3、试验电压:引线间 1.5vrdc 10s
引线与外壳间 3kvdc 60s
4、固有电感:≤1nh/mm(包括电容器长度和引线长度)
5、损耗角正切值:cr≤1.5μf tgδ≤5×10-4(1khz测量)
cr>1.5μf tgδ≤8×10-4 (1khz测量)
6、绝缘电阻: cr≤0.33 ≥2×104mω
cr>0.33 ≥30000mω、μf(100vdc、60s测量)
