UL1310涵盖用于室内和室外环境的 2 类电源和电池充电器的安全指令，这些电源和电池充电器的蕞大对地电位为 150V 的交流分支电路。

UL 1310 2 类电源单元标准适用于有限输出电流和输出电压范围内的电源。
