smt铝棒均热炉温跟踪仪

铝合金热处理炉温跟踪仪可以在高温的恶劣环境下工作使用，主要用于铝合金的热处理过程的温度曲线测试。

热处理炉温跟踪仪由高温温度记录仪和保温箱组成。在入炉前通过计算机编程设定测量值步长时间等参数，然后将高温温度记录仪装入有耐火纤维隔热的保温箱中，连接热电偶并随进入热处理炉内。随移动从固熔炉进口移动到出口，进水淬火后，再进入时效炉。出炉后，由计算机调出记录数据，并用专用软件对数据进行处理并打印出来。

热处理炉温跟踪仪选型为smt-7-128-700-k或smt-12-256-700-k。

一、主要技术参数：

u通道数：smt-7-128-700-k为7通道，smt-14-256-700-k为14通道

u传感器：k型铠装热电偶

u外保温箱在700℃的高温下可连续使用900min。

u取样方法：1.连续的(先进先出) 2.装满后停止运作(填满后停止运作)

u取样速率：每8秒1次至8小时1次，如果取样周期为20s，可以记录60小时的数据。
