Process and Timeline

Step 1. We will send inquiry to TUV.

Step 2. Admin will send the documents required to the client via email (case by case depending if client has ECOSMA Notification Number)

· With ECOSMA – checking of Product Notification number in the portal then proceed to FASEH registration

· Without ECOSMA – registration of Manufacturer Notification (usually 2-3 working days but this is approved by SFDA so no definite lead time). Technical review for the ingredients list and artworks are being reviewed while waiting for the Manufacturer Notification. Once manufacturer notification and technical review is done, we can then proceed with the registration of Product Notification (usually 2-3 working days but this is approved by SFDA so no definite lead time). Please note that complete technical evaluation will start once all required documents are received from the client.

Step 3. Once Product Notification is approved/provided, we can then start for FASEH registration.

Step 4. If all are found to be satisfactory and approved by the cosmetics technical team, notified body and SFDA. – lead time: 1-3 working days
