本系统适用于对热处理工艺要求比较高的热处理行业。火温ndows 98

本系统采用电脑编程并根据编程要求自动控制电控箱内各组固态继电器的通断，从而达到控制加热炉温度的目的。

主要特点：

系统打破传统的上下位机控制模式，表采用网络通讯技术，完全摒弃仪表控制，所有测、控温点全部由电脑主机显示和控制，可充分扩展多个测、控温点，定时开机，主机看门狗功能、出错报警、安全值恢复。

温控图形菜单

控温软件：

1、运行于windows_9x_xp系统平台，操作简便，易懂、易学、易用；

2、可按预定的编程曲线全程测控，控温范围：50-950℃，保温时平均控温精度：≤±3℃；

3、程序运行过程的数据、图形以文件形式自动保存，可供分析研究、存档或打印输出；

4、实时记录开关机时间，便于管理。

5、程序定时运行，远程控制；

6、具有断电现场保护和自动恢复功能；

7、使用多路温度传感器分别对加热炉胆内各区及炉膛测温，并根据实时温度值自动控制各区加热元件所对应的固态继电器的通断；

8、智能化的分区启动与关闭；

9、超温时，显示温度值红色显示并以跳动方式报警，同时发送报警信号；

10、可选智能错峰加热功能，使电网容量利用率Zui大化。

11、多套系统远距离中央控制室集中控制。
