sy610—chtt型抗干扰双保险检针器,使我厂在sy610—chaa型抗干扰双保险检针器的基础上Zui新开发的高强磁。高灵敏度产品，它的上下探头同时采用两层加厚强磁钢，两排高绕组线圈，这样仪器的磁场感应就增大，所以它的灵敏度比一般减针器要高。它有2个探头，呈“八”字状。一台机器有两个探头就是说在这台机器上放一件衣服等于他同时通过了两台机器的检测，故称之为双保险检针器，而且仪器的两个探头的排列呈“八”形，这样两个探头之间的磁场感应就没有了死角，使得仪器的检测灵敏度就提高了，本机和传统型号的检针器相比，主要有具有以下几方面的改善。

更强的抗干扰性能。 本机在研发过程中针对传统型检针器对周边环境要求较高，抗干扰性能较差的缺点，在检测原理和检测结构方面进一步改进，它的上下探头采用双磁场，双屏蔽式，这样仪器对外界的抗干扰性有了大大的改善。 更高的灵敏度。

由于仪器的上下探头采用双磁场，双屏蔽式，所以它的灵敏度也有大大的提高。如：传统型检针器检测高度100mm的检测标准只能是fe1.0mm,而sy610—chaa型抗干扰双保险检针器检测高度100mm的检测精度能达到fe0.6-0.8mm。仪器的机芯是日本的，输送带荷兰进口的，电脑芯片集成电路。在机翼的控制面板上设有灵敏度高低的显示和有断针信号感应度的显示，探头上装了八个断针位置显示器和光电扫描仪，同时具备c型和b型两种检针器的检测功能，还具备自动开机和数码有效计数的功。
the needle detector of model sy610—chtt,with anti interference and double assurance technology,is a kind of product with highly strong-magnets and sensitivity.for the reason that the probe of model sy610—chtt is adopted the technology of double thickening strong magnetic steel and high winding coils, therefore the magnetic field introduction of this equipment is reinforced and its sensiticity is higher than other needle detector.there are 2 probes? installed in this equipment and shape of the probes looks like a “ splay”, which means that a clothe could be detected by two machine when it is only put into one equipment,so called needle detector with? doble assurance.meanwhile,the arrangement of this equip-ment like a “splay” can cover all the magnetic field between the two probes,which obviously improve the equipment’s sensitivity.compared whit the tradutuonal needle detector,there are some? aspepects improved in our equipments, as following:

this machine is improved greatly in its detdcting theory and its structure against the disadvantage of the traditional needle detector with bad anti-interference and requiring better surrounding environments during the research and development.the up-down probe is equipped with double magnetic field and double shielding,which improve the anti interference against the external encironment.

the property with more high sensitivity.

because the up-down probe of this machine is equippen with double magnetic field and double shielding,therefore its sensitivity is improved a lot.for example,the testing standard of the traditional needle detector with 100mm height is only fe1.0mm,however,the testing standard of model sy610—chtt with anti interference and double assurance technology and 100mm height could reach the accuracy as fe 0.3-0.6mm.the core of the equipment is made in japan,and its conveyor belt is imported from holland,and even its computer chip is ic.further,the control panel of machine wings is installed display devices of signal introduction degree of brken needles and the display devises of testing sensitivity.in addition,the probe is equipped with 8 displays of broken needle position and photoelectric canner,which posseseese 2 functions of type c and b,even possesese the functions of antomatic switch and digital counting.
