产品特点：

1.机身为固定台式结构，工作台在三个方向敞开，装、卸模具和操作都比较方便；

2.板料冲压的通用性压力机，可广泛用于冲孔、落料、弯曲、成型、浅拉伸等工艺；

3.滑块装有压塌式保险器，超载时保险器被压塌，从而保证整机不受损坏；配备自动送料装置，可实现自动化冲压工作；

4.可配置光电保护装置，属安全型压力机；

5.j21-168t以上的压力机机身采用钢板焊接，具有较强的刚性。

features:

1. the structure of the machine body is with fixed platform which can be opened in three directions to make it convenient to load and unload moulds and operate the machine.

2. it is a versatile press for punching board materials, which can be widely used in punching, blanking, bending, forming, light stretching and other technologies.

3. slide block with collapse insurance device is used to ensure the machine is not damaged when collapse happens because of overloading.

4. it is equipped with automatic input equipment to realize automatic punching.

5. photoelectric protection device can be configured. it is a safety press.

6. the press above j21-168thas relatively strong rigiditybecause of jointing armor plate adopted in the machine body.
