jqd-45m整机底座采用铸造件，钢性强，稳定性好；精密直线矩形导轨，有预紧，钢性好，精度高；研磨级精密滚珠丝杆有预紧，精度高；接口采用g代码指令，兼容国内外雕刻软件，操作实用简便。主要适用高频模、滴塑模，中、小型模具的雕铣加工、定位打孔、鞋模制作、汽车零部件加工及电子零部件加工。

the main frame of jqd-45m abopts castings to structure a case-type base with strong rigidityand good stability. the precision straight guide rail has pretension, good rigidity and high accuracy. the grinding grae precision ball guide screw has pretension and high accuracy. the interface adopts international standard g code instructions which is compatible with domestic and foreign engraving software and is easily and conveniently operated. it is mainly suitable for high frequency mould, plastic dropping mould, engraving and milling of medium and small moulds, positioning and hole drilling, manufacturing of shoe moulds, proccessing of parts and components of automobile as well as electronic parts and components.
