【使用说明】

1、取出耳塞，用食指和大拇指将其搓细；

2、另一只手将要塞入的耳朵向上向外提起(这点很关键)并保持住，然后将搓细的耳塞圆头朝向耳朵，塞入其中；

3、用手扶住耳塞直至耳塞在耳中完全膨胀定型(大约要持续三十秒左右)。

【如何鉴别耳塞的好坏】

1.慢回弹效果

　　弹性太大，防噪音耳塞膨胀时压迫外耳道皮肤，可引起耳胀、耳痛等不适；弹性太小则不能与外耳道紧密接触，隔声效果降低。所以必须观察耳塞的回弹速度，回弹时间越长则质量越好。

2.柔软度

　　柔软度直接影响到耳塞佩戴的舒适程度

3.表面质感

　　有些耳塞摸起来黏黏的，戴在耳朵里还会粘住耳道的皮肤，应尽量避免购买。的鉴别方式就是把两只耳塞紧紧地粘在一起再分离，看他们分离的时间，越快越好。
