【使用说明】

1、取出耳塞，用食指和大拇指将其搓细；

2、另一只手将要塞入的耳朵向上向外提起(这点很关键)并保持住，然后将搓细的耳塞圆头朝向耳朵，塞入其中；

3、用手扶住耳塞直至耳塞在耳中完全膨胀定型(大约要持续三十秒左右)。
