bx-p360是一台主要利用铣刀高速运转将多连片方式的pcb板按预先编辑好的路径分割的设备。取代了人工折断、c-cut或push的切割瑕疵，提高产品质量，减少报废率，本机采用人机界面windowsxp作业系统，简明而人性化的界面设计，自动切割路径校正系统，高像素ccd程序制作及区块程序和单步程序编辑及修改，两平台交互工作的pcb的上下料装置，能有效地降低机器开置时间，从而达到理想的生产效率。
2.配置高像素ccd放大镜头，辅助程序示教及编辑功能，精度更高更，图像跟清晰。
3.自动mark点定位校正系统，移动路径有宝时显示和模凝路线跟踪，显示一目了然，自动对立校正功能，切割精度更高，pcb低要在3mm之内的范围内放偏，机器视觉都可以进行自动路线校正，放宽了操作员在放板时精度的要求，大大提高了工作效率。
4．程序的左右工作台复制、区块复制、陈列、多角度连接板复制、单步跟踪修改功能、区块编辑修改功能，简化了程序制作的时间，提高编辑效率。
5.大功率进口风机制作的吸尘器和10v的高电压静电消除装置，吸尘效果更佳理想，超声更小。
6.刀具寿命监测，铣刀切割一业距离后会自动上升和下降至另一段未切割的刀刃位置，上下距离及次数可根据刀刃长度设定，及延长铣刀寿命。
7.透明的安全门设计，使加工过程一目了然，开门有急停减速50%运行的两种方式供不同的客户选择，急停是预防加工时的意外，提供一个安全检查的操作环境。减速50%是为了在做程序的时候方便编程人员对加工过程的监视。
