砖机托板是生产砖块过程中必不可少的用具，传统的托板为钢制托板和竹木托板，钢制托板成本高、重量大、不易搬运，而竹木托板极易吸水、变形、开裂，使用寿命短.基于以上情况，我公司在原有生产塑料板材设备的基础上经过反复试验和研究，采用回收再生料pp/pe或pvc木粉的混合料作为原料,开发出了新型免烧砖塑料木塑托板设备，该设备经过多家厂家使用，同时免烧砖塑料托板被砖块厂长期使用,效果显著。塑料托板具有表面平整光滑、耐酸碱防腐、耐蒸煮、耐冲击、强度高、抗震、不吸水、不变形、不开裂、使用寿命长、可回收再利用等特点,大大降低了砖块的生产成本，解决了长期困扰新型建材厂托板易损的难题.该设备由热压机、冷定机、破碎机.、进料机、卸料机、高温导热油加热系统、高压水冷却系统、送料托架等几部分组成.该设备自动程度化高，获得了广大用户的好评。
