适用于各类通讯电缆，数据线缆，同轴电缆，射频电线，rg、jis等芯线或实心押出。如：ieee1394.dvi.hdmi等细和高要求的发泡线。

plc+专业数控软件，工业计算机操控，储存显示及修正各种工艺参数，调整，监控生产线状能。
选备瑞士（microdia）或ml二层共挤机头或包皮+包芯+世皮三层共挤机头，实现内外层精密共挤，并配置汇料阀。

配备精密的外径检测反馈装置，使生产线构成闭循环反馈系统，全程控制电缆的绝缘外径、发泡度，偏心等参数，使之符合工艺要求。

选配水中电容测试仪器+自动反馈控制系统，系统根据电容反馈值自动调节机头和水槽的距离，以控制发泡度。

本生产线Zui高速度可达到500m/min（max）。
