安装installation

1.气候条件

pv组件需要安装在下列条件下：

环境温度：-20度到+40度

工作温度：-40度到+85度

积雪压力：2000帕以下

抗风压力：3000帕以下

防水：不可将组件浸泡在水中，或长时间暴露在水可以喷洒到的区域性.

防腐蚀:不可以半组件安装在具有腐蚀性的酸,盐区域.

2.方向

pv组件应朝南(北半球),或者朝北(南半球)安装.安装方向不正确会导致输出功率的损失。

pv组件应串联安装在同一方向同一角度。不同方向或不同角度会因为组件接收太阳光线的差异而导致输出功率的损失。

安装时尽可能的避免阴影区域，阴影会导致输出功率的损失，尽管工厂里已使用了旁路二极管以将这种损失减到Zui小。

3.装配

使用弹簧垫片和平垫垫片将pv组件固定锁紧在支架上。

根据现场环境和装配支架结构的状态以适当的方式将pv组件接地。

注意：请不要把组件安装在靠近明火，或易燃物旁边。装配结构应能适应环境要求，请选择合适的材料和防腐蚀处理

要用可靠的方法来安装组件，组件若从高空跌落，会导致损毁。

组件不可拆解，弯曲或用硬物撞击组件，避免对组件进行踩踏等动作。

4.警示

pv组件有一对公母的防水插头，进行串联的电气连接时，前一个

组件的“+”极插头要连接下一个组件的“-”极插头。

输出电路要正确的连接到设备上。

不可以短接正负极。

确保接头与绝缘接头之间没有缝隙

若有缝隙会导致产生火花或电冲击

维护maintenance

检查吊装结构是否松脱，若有必要，重新拧紧各零件。

检查各线材，地线及插头的连接状态。

经常用软布擦拭组件表面。

若要更换组件，必须选用相同类型相同型号。

不可以用触摸线缆或接头活动的部分，如需要，要使用适当的安全设备。（绝缘工具或手套等）

在维修组件时请用不透明的物体或材料遮盖住组件的前表面，因为组件在阳光的照射下会产生高压，很危险。

品质保证

pv组件的质保期为2年。10年内功率衰减不超过10%，25年内功率衰减不超过20%。

2.orientation
