喷涂量或者面积？
涂料供给方式的选定（重力式·吸上式@压送式）
少量喷涂，换色频繁的情况下，使用重力式(g型）涂料杯方便少量及中量喷涂、换色喷涂多的
情况下，使用吸上式（s)型容器罐方便。
同色大量生产线喷涂等，用压送式（p型）涂料泵和加压容器罐方便。

喷涂的步骤和粘度？
涂料喷嘴口径和空枪帽的选定
面漆（成品）喷涂等，要求特别微粒化的涂料粒子，根据涂料喷出量必须选择空气量多的型号，
特别是金属性喷涂等，空气量必须尽可能大。
涂料粘度和涂料喷嘴口径的选定
必须根据涂料粘度选定喷嘴口径，一般来说，涂料粘度低选择小口径，涂料粘度高选择大口径。
压送式型号，喷嘴口径小也能在低粘度到高粘度比较广的范围内使用。

choosing of the nozzle gun cap of the spray gun:
when spraying the surface of the items,special particle is required,according to the paint spraying ,the type of large air volume will be chosen,esp.the metal spraying.
the nozzle must be chosen according to the viscosity.generally speaking,if the viscosity is low,the small nozzle will be chosen,otherwise the big one.
the pressure type,the small nozzle can be used in a large field,from low to high viscosity.

一、喷涂距离
1.distance of spraying:
传统高压喷枪：18~23cm hvlp高流量低压喷枪：13~17cm

二、喷枪移动方式
moving method

2.轨道式喷涂：喷枪与待喷件保持一定垂直距离，匀速往复运行。

三、喷枪与涂装表面角度

角度：喷涂时喷枪头部与被喷件永远保持垂直。
