仪器上不同颜色的发光二极管来显示脱粘程度,当红灯亮时,仪器的蜂鸣器会同时发出声音报警,该仪器既可检测材料的脱粘情况,也可检测蜂窝内部的镶嵌物,检测的数据可通过WP-632AM显示/存储单元显示出来。  

WP-632AM敲击检测仪是一种对脱粘型缺陷进行检测的非常先进、有效的检测方法,与传统的敲击检测方法不同,它可将材料的脱粘程度进行量化并显示出来,而且不受周围环境噪声的影响,该仪器体积小、重量轻,结构紧凑,检测精度高,对操作人员也没有特殊的要求。

 二、注意事项  

 该仪器主要用于航空材料脱粘缺陷的检测,也适合厚的或多层的蜂窝材料例如FRP或铝材表层检测。  

对于柔性材料,如橡胶、纸或皮革制品,敲击头的敲击能量会被吸收,在这种情况下很难达到理想的检测效果,另外,当蒙皮的厚度与脱沾尺寸的比值很大时,对缺陷的检出也会非常困难,该仪器一般用于对蒙皮厚度小于2mm的材料进行检测
