　　1、主要配套件均为世界知名品牌，如法国施耐德、德国西门子电气元件、德国SEW减速机、德国FAG轴承、英国NORGEN气动元件、美国RAYTEK红外线测温仪等，有效地保证了产品质量。

　　2、设备采用模块式结构，布局合理，可根据施工要求，灵活组合形成多种配置；安装时取消设备地脚螺栓，简化基础，方便快捷。

　　3、冷料仓采用角度的锥形结构，出料稳定连续，料仓顶部预装格栅；给料皮带采用挡边结构，变频调速；集料皮带机出口安装有筛分机构，有效避免了超大骨料进入干燥滚筒。

　　4、干燥滚筒由四组独立磨擦轮驱动，外表美观，结构尺寸和燃烧器匹配，正常工作时，尾气温度不超过110℃，在标准工况下，燃油消耗率少于6.3 kg/t料。

　　5、燃烧器采用世界知名品牌，专利设计，高效燃烧。风、油比例采用数字变频控制，调节范围大，精度高；鼓风机、电机、喷嘴及燃烧室等轴向布置，结构紧凑；燃烧所需空气从后部吸入，经中部增压后，在燃烧室形成紊流，和高压空气雾化的燃油汇合，达到的混合比，高效节能；可使用柴油、重油、渣油等燃料。

　　6、热料筛为全封闭直线惯性振动筛，筛分效率高；筛网分五层布置，自动张紧，更换方便，使用寿命长；免维护设计的振动轴承，油浴润滑。

　　7、热料仓料位连续检测，卸料门采用独特结构，可实现粗、精“两阶段”配料，飞料误差极少。

　　8、三组独立的计量系统，飞料误差自动补偿；全焊接密封的进口传感器，适合任何工况。并预留SMA添加剂接口。

　　9、双电机驱动双卧轴搅拌器，充盈率为53%，粉料及沥青沿轴向全程强制送入，分布均匀、搅拌时间更短；搅拌叶片、衬板形状及材料特殊设计，高效耐磨，使用寿命可达10万批次以上；出料口设有红外线测温仪检测成品料温度，误差不超过5℃。

　　10 、成品料下部轨道采用铰接式结构，可根据需要自动提升，方便汽车直接在搅拌器下部接料；运料小车采用变频调速，编码器检测运行位置，定位，位置误差小于10mm；运料小车设置有钢丝绳防松弛等保护装置。

　　11 、大功率高效全自动控制导热油加热炉，燃烧器原装进口。

　　12 、袋式除尘器采用低压空气脉冲反吹，清灰效果好，排尘浓度≤30mg/Nm3；滤袋设有高、低温保护装置，滤袋使用寿命长。

　　13 、干燥滚筒、热料仓、搅拌器、成品料仓、沥青罐、除尘器等高温区都设有保温层，大大降低了系统的散热损失。

　　14 、控制系统采用了PLC现场总线控制技术，人性化设计、双机双控、Windows 中文操作平台，可点击鼠标完成各种操作；系统动态显示和控制各生产环节，具有参数设定、数据管理、故障诊断等功能；可实现自动控制、半自动控制和手动控制。

7, hot bin level detection, discharging door adopts a unique structure, can realize the coarse, fine "two stages" ingredients, flying material error rarely.
