舷梯绞车 标准件

1、 用途

本绞车主要是被用在船舶上收放舷梯用的一种短时工作机械。

本绞车结构紧凑，设有电动控制开关，使用可靠，操作灵活方便，并设有手动收放装置供船舶应急使用，当手动驱动舷梯工作时，限位开关即切断电源以保障人身安全。

本系列绞车分底座和倒挂两种安装型式（底座式为ed型，倒挂式为ec型），直立安装于甲板或倒挂在上层甲板下均可，并分有对称制造的左、右机型。

本系列绞车符合“iso7364-1983”及国家标准“gb1392-85”。

3、 结构简述

本系列舷梯绞车由法兰式电动机、减速齿轮箱、卷筒、双向棘轮扳手、联锁限位开关等部件组成。

电动机是不带制动器的yz─h 系列卧式法兰式连接电机。

减速齿轮箱采用三级渐开线园柱直齿轮传动，传动轮通过键与轴联接，轴的支承处设置滚动轴承，在第二级大齿轮与轴联接处采用螺杆磨擦盘离合制动装置，并设置了棘轮棘爪。

棘轮扳手是供在停电或作微量调整及维修保养时使用，使用时把扳手套入卷筒轴孔中的方轴上，按指示方向摇动，绞车即可上升或下降，此时限位开关动作，使电动机断开，从而达到安全联锁作用。

4、 操作与维修

（1） 操作前的准备工作

a、 绞车使用人员必须熟悉绞车结构及使用要求。

b、 检查绞车各紧固联接处有无松动，特别要检查钢丝绳末端在卷筒上紧固状态及绞车底脚螺栓紧固情况，并检查制动盘工作的可靠性。

c、 检查钢丝绳磨损情况，每一公尺长度的钢丝中，有10根钢丝折断或钢丝直径减小到标准直径的93%，钢索必须换新。

d、 检查减速箱内润滑油的油位及润滑情况和润滑脂的注入量。

e、 检查联锁限位开关工作灵敏情况。

注；减速齿轮箱润滑油的油位不应超过油标规定的范围，以免润滑油渗进电动机而使其受损。

（2） 操作：

操作电动机控制开关，使绞车分别完成起升舷梯、翻上舷梯、翻下舷梯、下降舷梯、支持舷梯等工况。

如需手动操作，只要将棘轮扳手套入墙架轴孔的方轴上，手握扳手进行摇动，即可完成电动操作时的各工况。

注：绞车在工作时，钢丝绳末端应在卷筒上保留至少3─4圈。

（3） 维修

a、 定期更换齿轮箱内工作油，首次运行50小时应更换全部润滑油并清洗箱体及各零件，以后润滑油每年更换一次，润滑油牌号为n68（gb443-84）或isovg68，首次注入量约4.6升。

b、 卷筒上引出的钢丝绳，通过滑轮、索具等处润滑采用钙基润滑脂zg─3（gb491-65），并应经常加注润滑脂。

c、 定期更换密封件

d、 棘轮磨擦片建议每工作400小时后换一次

e、 经常注意绞车底脚螺栓紧固情况及钢丝绳末端在卷筒上的固接情况。

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1、 application

this winch is a short-time machine mainly for hoisting and lowering the ship ‘s accommodation ladder。

this winch is of compact structure，e with electric control switch，it is reliable and esay in operating by manual in the case of emergency，limit switch cuts the power off immdeiately so as to ensure the sagety of operator。

this series winch has two mounted types：frame type and hanging type （frame type：ed，hanging type；ec），it has two types：left type and right type，they should be manufactrred symmetrically。

3、 description of construction

this series of accommodation ladder winch consists of flange type electric motor，reduction gear box，drum，two-way ratchet connection motor without brake.

the electric motor is that of the yz-h horizontal connection motor without brake.

reduction gear box consists of three stages involute cylindrical spur gear transmission. driving wheel couple with shaft by key. the coupling between the gear wheel couple with shaft by key. the coupling between the gear wheel on 2nd stage transmission and shaft should be provided with screw arbor friction disc and brake device, as well as ratchet mechanism.

the ratchet spanner is not used until the winch needs repairing and maintaining or with no power supplied. when using. insert the spanner into the square shaft of drum shaft hole, the rotate as per indicating plate, the winch can lower or hoist. at this time, owing to the action of limit switch, the electric motor switch off. so the safety and interlocking of winch can be ensured.

4. operating and maintenance

a. preparation before operating

the operator should be familiar with the instruction and re for service of winch.

check whether there is loose at every connecting position, especially, check whether the end of the wire rope is firmly attached on the drum, and the foundation bolts is firmly fixed, and the reliably of brake disc.

chcek the wire rope, if the following case happen, it should be renewed. there are ten piece of wire broken or the wire rope diameter reduced by 93% for per wire rope of 1m long.

check the oil level, lubricating condition and filling  of the lubricating oil in the reduction gear box.

note: in order to prevent the oil from filling the motor, the oil level in reductor should be not more than that regulated range.

b. operating

operate the control switch of electric motor and let the winch in following states: lowering, capsizing upon, capsizing down, hoisting and holding accommodation ladder.

if manual operating is needed, insert the spanner into the square of wall-frame shaft hole to rock. so the above states can be done.

note: the end of wire rope should be kept at least 3-4 coils on the drum when the winch is operating.

c. maintenance

change the reductor working oil regularly. after put into use for 50h for the 1 st time, change all lubricating oil and clean reductor casing. later, lubricating oil vg68 is adopted for lubricating. the filling capactity of lubricating oil is abt. 4.6 liter for the first time.

all blocks and suspendments that the wire rope on drum pass by should be lubricated with calcium base grease zg-3(gb491-65) and often filled with grease.

all seals should be renewed regularly.

the ratchet friction disc is recommended to renew once for every 400h.

attention should be often paid to the fixed condition of foundation bolts, and the end of wire rope attached on drum.
