air-open/air-close valving design, rapid response, delicacy and reliable. use continuous module for continuous coating, stably and uniformly gluing use suck-back module for intermittent coating, cutting glue instantly, neatly without tail. adopt mac solenoid valve, on/off over 5000 times/min. precise filter inside the head, make it less blocked, reduce breakdown rate and products un rate. durable seal rings from america, reliable sealing, ensure the coating head stable running and durable use. coating lip is made from stainless steel, arc-shaped lip, more close to material, uniform gluing, same thickness. adopt pt100 temperature sensor (standard), ni120, k-type thermocouple
