t80是香港科姿集团经过多家科研机构研究开发的新成果，采用高新科技纳米技术,用纳米级无机功能材料和塑料载体制作而成。具有高透明度、增强力学、分散性好、无毒无害、耐腐蚀等性能。专门应用于lldpe/ldpe/hdpe/pp吹膜产品中，提高拉伸性能、开口性和耐冲击强度等。对于塑胶的吹膜方面具有改良作用，且价廉物美降低成本，提高生产效率。

本品（t80）适用于pe,pp等材料的吹膜，流延，挤出等。

1、高透明性：母粒本身的折射率（1.57）于绝大多数合成树脂的折射率非常接近，而且无机材料粒径小于100纳米，可见光（390-780nm）光波透过率高，所以加入适量母粒不影响制品的透明度。

2、光泽度高：本产品的无机材料l值高达99.5，比一般纯塑料l值（40-90）的表面光泽高出很多，所以添加本母粒后制品表面具有超高的光泽度和鲜艳度。

3、分散性好：产品采用全新纳米技术，对无机材料进行有机的致密包膜，使母粒和各种树脂具有良好的浸润性、相容性、容易分散。

4、耐候性好：本产品无机材料耐酸、耐碱、并具有抗紫外线照射功能，能明显提高塑料制品的抗氧化性能和奶酸碱性能，抑制产品老化作用和提高制品的使用寿命。

5、力学性好：由于无机粉体粒径小于100纳米，具有颗粒尺寸小，比表面积大、表面能高、表面原子所占比例大等特点，能大量提高制品的抗冲击、拉伸、穿刺、耐磨等性能，起到增强增韧的作用。

6、无毒无害：本产品通过sgs认证，不含重金属等有害物质，杂志少，纯度高，能有效保证制品的安全性和表面清洁性。

7、节约成本：本产品(t-80)的价格不到一般吹膜（或流延）

树脂价格的70%，高要求的透明膜、缠绕膜添加量可到5-15%，

不影响膜的透明性、粘度和拉升强度等物理性能。

奶白膜、黑白膜、其他有色三层或多层共挤膜

每层添加量可到10-30%

（不影响复合、上胶、电晕、印刷等），

对于一些要求不高的膜制品

比如背心袋、垃圾袋、农膜、地膜、包装膜、

气泡膜、保鲜膜、快递袋等添加量可到50%，

为厂家大大的节省了成本。

★product properties

◇high transparency：the refractive index of masterbatch is very similar with the refractive index of polyethylene. the particle size of inorganic material is less than 100 nm, and the light waves of visible light (390-780nm) has high transmittance, so it won’t affect the transparency of products if adding moderate masterbatch.

◇good mechanics：as the particle size of inorganic powder is less than 100 nm, which has small particle size, big surface area, high surface energy , large proportion of surface atoms and other characteristics, it can effectively improve the stretchability, impact resistance, , puncture resistance and abrasion resistance, etc. to play dual function of reinforcing and toughening.

◇non toxicity：this product has passed sgs certification, and is free of heavy metals and other harmful substances with less impurity and high purity, which can effectively guarantee the safety of products and surface cleanliness.

★packing and storage

generally it is 25kg/bag, and should be stored in a cool, dry, dark place to avoid moisture.
