工作原理
     模内标签是在吹塑过程中把已经印刷好的标签嵌入容器中，使标签和容器结为一体。吹塑或注塑过程中进行模内贴标的基本过程是：把已经预印好的模内标签(分前标和背标)以单张形式堆叠，分别放置在模内贴标机的两个标签盒内。随着瓶体模具的开启，由机械手吸起前标和背标。标签印刷面朝内、固状粘胶剂面朝外放在两边的模具中，模具上的真空小孔将标签牢牢吸附在模具内。当塑料容器的原料被加热并成软管状下垂时，带有标签的模具迅速合拢，空气吹入软管，使其紧贴模具壁，这时整个模具中的温度还比较高，紧贴着雏形容器的标签固状粘胶剂开始熔化并和塑料容器结合在一起。当模具再次打开时，塑料容器成型，标签和容器结为一体
