超微细碳酸钙

超微细碳酸钙是由天然碳酸钙矿物如方解石、大理石磨碎而成。无毒、无刺激性、无味、色泽好、白度高，对其它颜色的干扰小，易着色、硬度低，对加工设备损轻，化学性稳定，属惰性填料，热分解温度为800 o c以上，易干燥，水分易除去，无结晶水，而且价格低廉。

四、用途：

重质碳酸钙可分为普通重质碳酸钙和超细重质碳酸钙等。重质碳酸钙通常用作填料，还广泛用于人造地砖、橡胶、塑料、造纸、涂料、油漆、油墨、电缆、建筑用品、食品、医药、纺织、饲料、牙膏等日用化工行业，作填充剂起到增加产品的体积，降低生产成本。

①在橡胶中的应用

用于橡胶中，可增加橡胶的体积，改善橡胶的加工性，起半补强或补强作用，并可调节橡胶的硬度。

②在塑料中的应用

塑料工业是重质碳酸钙Zui大的消费领域，细化的重钙粉，能明显提高塑料复合材料界面的强合强度及力学性能。塑料中使用微细重钙粉，既可降低其制造成本，又可提高和改其性能。

③在造纸中的应用

造纸工业用重质碳酸钙主要有两个用途，一是作为填料，二是作为涂层。目前，我国大多数造纸厂使用的是酸法造纸工艺，采用的填料主要是高岭土和滑石粉，重钙会取代酸式施胶，重钙粉作为填料将在很大范围内代替滑石粉或高岒土。

④在油漆、涂料中的应用

油漆、涂料也是重钙的主要消费领域之一，一般是作为填料和体质颜料使用，主要应用的品种是建筑涂料。在国外欧美等工业发达国家，胶粘剂也是重钙的主要消费领域之一，但胶粉剂对重钙的要求较高，一般要求细度＞1250目.除此之外，粒度细、纯度高、白度好的重质碳酸钙还被应用在油墨、医药、化妆品等领域中。
