粘合剂系列产品特点:

　　· 施胶量省、成本低：瓦楞纸板双面施胶每平方米90克左右，而泡花碱需150克左右。
　　· 比重轻：本品胶液比重为1：1（水），而泡花碱比重1.7:1（水）。
　　· 快干、挺度好：单机裱瓦后30分钟左右即可下道工序，而玉米胶则 需数10多小时。
　　· 粘合强度：粘合强度为泡花碱的3倍左右。
　　· 不返潮、不变色：瓦楞纸箱成型干燥后不返潮，不退色，耐抗压，无霉烂。
　　· 运输方便：固体粉状在上机前随调随用，使用方法与泡花碱一样。
　　· 贮存期长：本品贮存在半年不影响使用。
　　· 卫生标准：符合国家卫生部门和外贸出口的要求。

粘合剂调胶方法:

一吨粉剂可调胶4-8吨左右 ，下面以25kg/包为例：
先将75公斤水倒入容器中，把本品倒入搅拌均匀。然后把包内糊化剂一起倒入另一小容器中，用2公斤水搅拌完全溶解后，再把它慢慢倒入之前的淀粉容器中，搅拌直至液体变浓全都均匀成为胶体后停止搅拌，再等待20分钟左右完全反应，即可使用。

二、starch mixture series (powder) adjusting the glue methods:
