1、适应范围：

wzh-8a型全自动灌装机是本公司的升级产品，该机是我公司引进国外先进灌装技术结合国内灌装市场需求设计研发的灌装设备，使用磁力齿轮泵为灌装主体，无密封件、免维护，316l不锈钢泵头和聚四氟乙烯齿轮，耐腐蚀、耐磨损；运用变频调速，灌装范围宽（从10ml至500ml或20至5000mll可调）。结合光电眼定位、电子控制等技术完成定量灌装自动出瓶流程。可适合各种大小瓶类；编程器控制，整机质量可靠，性能优越稳定，灌装、操作调整方便，无需专业人员既可完成换瓶调机。

该机适用于酒类、医药、食品、化妆品、农药、油品、生物、化工等行业。该机可对液体、低粘稠度的膏体、半流体进行灌装。

2、设备特色：

1、采用变频控制流量（变频调速器），匹配智能电子灌装机专用控制器，结合光电眼定位、电子控制等技术完成定量灌装，调节简单、、便捷。

2、日本原装进口磁力齿轮不锈钢泵（316），磁力传动、无密封件、质量可靠、免维护、寿命长、耐各种腐蚀、易清洁。

3、物料接触部分采用316不锈钢，其余部分均采用304不锈钢，美观耐用，符合gmp标准。

4、、功能全、电子控制，全自动工作，适合各种场合的灌装，操作非常方便。

5、可灌装绝大类型的液体，包括低粘稠度的膏体、半流体。如：各种食品饮料、药剂、化学品、油类、化妆品、食品等无颗粒状液体。

6、灌装容量宽，适合10ml至500ml或20至5000ml无颗粒物料批量生产。
